FleetBoost at the Commercial Vehicle Future Day at the DEKRA Lausitzring

The future of road freight transport isn’t decided in studies, but where politics, industry, and real-world practice come together. That’s exactly what will happen on July 28, 2026, at the Commercial Vehicle Future Day at the DEKRA Lausitzring—and FleetBoost will be right in the thick of it. Organized by the Federal Association of Road Freight Transport, Logistics, and Waste Management (BGL) e.V. in collaboration with DEKRA, this industry event—titled Antrieb2030 —brings together the key players in the drive system transition: freight forwarders, vehicle manufacturers, charging infrastructure providers, and federal policymakers.

On stage with the Federal Minister of Transportation

A special highlight for us: Our co-founder and CEO, Frederik Rumpf, will be participating in the day’s main panel discussion on the topic “How Can We Achieve Transformation?” —immediately following the keynote address by Dr. Claudia Elif Stutz,State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Transport.

Joining him on stage:

  • Dr. Claudia Elif Stutz,State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Transportation
  • Prof. Dr. Dirk Engelhardt, Spokesperson for the Executive Board of BGL e.V.
  • Achim Puchert, Member of the Board of Management of Daimler Truck AG
  • Maximilian von Löbbecke, Managing Director of Renault Trucks

The fact that FleetBoost is participating in this round shows that the perspective of young, digital companies is being heard—and is needed—as the transition to electric mobility takes shape. After all, the transformation will only succeed if, in addition to vehicles and infrastructure, the operational realities of fleets are also taken into account.

A program that maps the entire value chain

Commercial Vehicle Future Day combines insights from industry and infrastructure with real-world practical exchanges: from a keynote speech on charging infrastructure to a business panel on the transition to new powertrains featuring freight forwarders and charging providers, all the way to the Innovation Hub, where attendees can experience the future of commercial vehicles firsthand on the racetrack—including a tour of the DEKRA Battery Test Center.

The event will conclude with the Antrieb2030 Summer Lounge, which will provide an opportunity for networking and sharing experiences.
